The hotel is strategically located. It is just a few steps away from Kalye Crisologo. The hotel staff are all very helpful. Thank you.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I initially booked one room for five nights and planned to book a second room for a friend right after. After securing the first room, the second suddenly showed as sold out. I immediately called the reception, and they assured me that if I couldn’t book the second room, they would cancel my first booking for free. The next day, the second room was still unavailable, but when I tried to cancel, they refused—even after the receptionist had committed to a free cancellation. My friend ended up staying here and reported small cockroaches in the room, no working internet, no slippers provided, weak water pressure, and barely warm water. Service was far below even a 2-star standard, despite there being very few guests at the time. I cannot recommend this hotel.

It is a budget hotel that feels more like a 4 star one be cause the overall experience was very good. The front desk staf are super nice and everything worked without complaints! It is clean and comfortable.

Impossible d'évaluer cet hôtel car je n'ai pu y séjourner pour cause d'impossibilité de trouver un moyen de transport pour m'y rendre le jour de la réservation Explications: Cet hôtel était marqué "non remboursable" je ne conteste pas ce fait mais me trouvant bloqué à Cervantès suite à de faux renseignements fournis par l'Office de tourisme de Segada,j'ai demandé une annulation sans frais expliquant les motifs de cette annulation,contre ma volonté J'ai essayé 2 fois de joindre l'hôtel par téléphone ,sans réponse Toutes ces démarches ont été faites à 1:00pm du jour de la réservation Je comptais me rendre le lendemain à Vigan dans cet hôtel et y rester 2 nuits L'hôtel n'a fait aucun geste commercial en acceptant une annulation sans frais malgré les motifs évoqués indépendants de ma volonté

Staff were very nice and friendly.. the location is very accesible to all places.. very near to all such as the plaza , calle crisologo and restaurants

The place is good ... close to everthing but the parking area is limited.... good for backpackers and commuters ....

Its nice place walking distance to calle crisologo. The hotel has no disposable slippers, over all its good & nice to stay.
